Account Executive

About the role

Aceve, a Nordic-founded European software company that builds digital tools for electricians, plumbers and contractors, is looking for an Account Executive to join its international sales team. You will own your pipeline and turn new opportunities into lasting customer relationships through a consultative, solution-driven approach, supported by the SDR team, marketing and the wider sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and forecast your sales pipeline
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Conduct meetings and product demonstrations
• Negotiate and close deals
• Collaborate closely with SDR, marketing and customer success teams
• Maintain CRM accuracy and meet or exceed sales targets

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Finnish and English
• Customer-centred, solution-oriented mindset and proactive, self-driven attitude
• Goal-oriented approach and passion for learning; knowledge of construction or building-technology is an advantage

What we offer

• Base salary of 3,500 to 5,500 EUR per month plus commissions of 1,000 to 2,000 EUR (no upper limit), depending on experience and agreed targets
