Workplace Experience Coordinator (Espoo)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator to join Sodexo’s team supporting a global technology client in Espoo. The role focuses on creating an engaging, functional, and welcoming office environment that enables employees to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations and workplace experience services across the client environment.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace campaigns and sustainability projects.
• Maintain workplace information, floorplans, seating data and space‑related records.
• Plan and execute office enhancements, furniture arrangements and seasonal activities.
• Monitor workplace standards, conduct regular checks and ensure a high‑quality visitor experience.
• Collaborate with Building Ambassadors, service providers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, workplace management, facilities or related fields.
• 2‑3 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, office management or event coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Customer‑focused, proactive mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
