Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Fintech)

About the role

We are looking for our first Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and evolve the hiring process for a fast‑growing fintech startup. You will shape the candidate experience, partner with hiring managers and help build our employer brand while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Source, engage and interview candidates for tech, design and marketing roles.
• Act as recruitment partner for hiring managers, providing guidance and status updates.
• Manage recruitment tools and ensure efficient workflow.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent‑pool development.

Required profile

• Strong belief in the company mission and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Structured, organized work style with a passion for digital tools.
• Experience recruiting for tech, design or marketing positions.
• Creative approach to reach passive candidates.

Required skills

• ATS development or hands‑on experience with recruitment platforms.
