People Partner – HR Business Partner (Extended Leave)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive People Partner to take full ownership of our end‑to‑end HR function as we continue to scale our business. In this 360° role you will act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and a hands‑on partner for our team leads on day‑to‑day management questions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals into impactful people strategies and nurture company culture.
• Drive talent retention and manage end‑to‑end recruitment across the company.
• Tweak existing HR frameworks and build new processes as the organization matures.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including payroll and benefits, when needed.

Required profile

• Solid experience as an HR/People Partner supporting business leaders.
• Comfortable coaching managers and handling strategic HR initiatives.
• Recruitment experience or ability to support manager‑led hiring processes.
• Strong advisory, stakeholder management, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Finnish labour law and compliant HR processes.
