Solutions Engineer – Expansion (Finland)

About the role

This forward‑deployed Solutions Engineer will be the technical engine behind Partly’s expansion into new European markets, turning complex automotive data challenges into signed pilots and delivering differentiated AI to repair industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Unblock new‑market deals end‑to‑end across the UK and the Nordics, scoping integrations and mapping parts workflows.
• Build and debug integrations such as estimating systems to enable pilot deployments.
• Create market demos and prototype portals that showcase the Interpreter model before core engineering commitment.
• Run Technical Readiness Assessments to define pilot requirements for customers.
• Develop value‑proposition frameworks, calculators and reporting dashboards that quantify commercial impact.
• Represent UK and Nordics customers to product teams, translating recurring blockers into prioritized product requests.

Required profile

• Comfortable working directly with data and code, able to write SQL and debug codebases.
• Strong systems thinker who can break ambiguous problems into reusable solutions.
• Commercially minded with ability to build business cases that move a customer forward.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge customers and internal product/engineering teams.
• Self‑directed with high ownership, able to operate independently in a new market.
