Senior Product Manager, Open Ecosystem

About the role

Easor is building an Open Ecosystem that makes its financial data accessible to software partners, accounting firms, and end customers via APIs and AI‑native interfaces. As Senior Product Manager you will turn the current manual integration service into a scalable, self‑service product for thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Open Ecosystem together with engineering leadership.
• Prioritise features, manage partner contracts, and oversee marketplace listings.
• Lead discovery and delivery of mid‑to‑long‑term goals, focusing on validation and measurement.
• Collaborate with partner developers, accounting firms and internal domain teams to remove friction in integration.
• Establish and track key performance indicators, shaping decisions based on data.

Required profile

• Independent operator who has owned a product area through full cycles.
• Evidence‑driven decision maker who validates ideas with data or tests.
• Technically strong with experience building products for technical users.
• Commercially capable, able to run partner contract discussions and understand acquisition cost, churn and revenue per partner.
• Strong collaborator who can align internal teams and external partners.
