Senior Product Manager Consumer Touchpoints (m/f/d)

About the role

Riverty, a trusted invoice management provider in the Nordics and part of the Bertelsmann group, is looking for a (Senior) Product Manager Consumer Touchpoints. You will shape the experiences through which consumers interact with the company and own the product strategy and roadmap for your domains within the "Invoicing as a Service" product, which covers invoice generation and distribution, payment, dunning, debt collection and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for digital and human consumer touchpoint domains
• Own and continuously improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints
• Identify customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market insights and data
• Develop scalable and reusable product capabilities across your domains
• Define and track product KPIs, including conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance
• Define product requirements and take part in development with the platform team
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are considered in your domains

Required profile

• Several years of product management experience in cross-functional product organizations
• Strong experience in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap definition for digital products or services
• Expertise in areas such as payments, dunning and collections, customer service or consumer self-service
• Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations
• Ability to influence across teams and seniority levels

Required skills

• Analytical, data-driven mindset focused on outcome-oriented product decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• English; Swedish and Norwegian are a plus

The position is full-time and unlimited, with flexible working conditions available at locations in Oslo, Stockholm, Varberg, Helsinki or Copenhagen.
