Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will drive customer engagement, conversion and retention through CRM and lifecycle marketing while coordinating content creation across agencies, creators and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build, run and optimise CRM automations and campaigns across email, mobile and onsite channels.
• Own customer lifecycle journeys focused on conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention and churn reduction.
• Manage segmentation, targeting, campaign execution, QA and performance reporting.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end content production with external agencies, from briefing to channel‑ready assets.
• Source, brief and manage content creators and influencer partnerships, including contracts and usage rights.
• Maintain the social media content calendar, community posting, comments and direct messages.
• Track campaign and content performance and use insights to continuously improve execution.
• Support wider brand campaigns, partnerships and marketing activations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C marketing experience with hands‑on CRM/lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record driving customer conversion, retention or subscription growth.
• Experience managing external agencies, content production workflows and influencer collaborations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
