About the role

As a Marketing Manager, Digital at Roche, you will lead the creation of high‑impact, seamless experiences that connect innovative medicines with patient needs, using data‑driven insights and creative storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the strategic portfolio for the assigned Disease Area, taking full accountability for local outcomes and work packages.
• Develop and implement a national customer engagement strategy to ensure a unified brand presence.
• Integrate digital and traditional channels—including email, web, and in‑person visits—to create a seamless customer journey.
• Create and optimise high‑quality marketing messages and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Shape the customer experience by leveraging direct feedback and data to keep initiatives relevant and impactful.
• Use real‑time data insights to review and adjust plans, ensuring activities deliver intended business outcomes.
• Define clear KPIs and track marketing effectiveness, focusing on high‑value initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in crafting forward‑thinking marketing strategies and making trade‑offs to deliver the right content to the right audience.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable plans, using analytics to detect trends and optimise performance.
• Strong storytelling and consultative persuasion skills, engaging diverse audiences from healthcare professionals to internal partners.
• Technology‑first mindset, eager to leverage AI and digital platforms for patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences or similar.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
