About the role

As a Santa’s Elf at Northern Lights Village in Levi, you will create magical moments for guests, especially children, ensuring they leave with a smile and a heart full of Christmas spirit. The role combines storytelling, performance and guest interaction in a snowy outdoor setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and entertain guests, answering their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Create magical experiences through storytelling, improvisation and performance.
• Ensure guest safety and follow company rules and procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, entertainment or tourism.
• Strong improvisation, acting and storytelling abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and completed first‑aid course.
