Salesforce Program Manager

About the role

Deloitte Digital is expanding and is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead digital Salesforce transformations. You will lead a team of specialists selling and delivering creative business solutions for iconic brands, within the Digital Customer team that shapes, designs and implements sales, service and marketing experiences. You will interact directly with clients to make sure timeframes, budgets and acceptance of the solution are met, and build lasting relationships with executive clients and sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists in Salesforce projects, acting as the face of the team with clients
• Play a key role in winning and delivering projects, covering stream lead, program lead and delivery lead roles depending on project size and client needs
• Manage end-to-end transformation projects with direct client interaction
• Write and lead bids for transformation initiatives in a consulting firm

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master)
• 5+ years of professional experience in system implementation
• Experienced CRM consultant or product/industry specialist interested in leading large-scale transformation projects
• Managed end-to-end transformation projects with direct client interaction
• Experience writing and/or leading bids for transformation initiatives in a consulting firm
• Excellent written and verbal English, preferably with at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish)

Required skills

• Strong understanding of CRM solutions such as Salesforce, MS CRM or similar
• Strong domain knowledge of Sales, Marketing and Services strategy, processes and technology
