Sales Development Representative – Finnish Market

About the role

Semine, an AI‑driven finance automation company, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities in the Finnish market. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to shape the go‑to‑market strategy and drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify leads through strategic outreach and outbound campaigns.
• Understand prospects' accounts‑payable challenges and position Semine’s AI solution accordingly.
• Represent Semine at webinars and industry events to build brand awareness.
• Track performance against KPIs, analyse results and continuously improve the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to refine lead handling and messaging.

Required profile

• Natural hunter mindset with a passion for uncovering customer needs.
• Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably as an SDR or in outbound sales.
• Experience in Fintech, ERP or accounts‑payable solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Finnish; additional languages are a bonus.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation abilities.
• Goal‑driven, competitive spirit with a proven record of meeting quotas.
