Sales & Business Developer (Finland)

About the role

We are scaling our fintech platform in Finland and need a driven Sales & Business Developer to join our new Helsinki team. You will work directly with CEOs and CFOs, guiding them through the full sales cycle and representing Mynt as a trusted advisor in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete business development cycle, from prospecting and outreach to proposal creation, contract negotiation and relationship building.
• Proactively generate new opportunities through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to secure meetings with mid‑level and C‑level executives.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and close deals with Finnish businesses.
• Act as a Mynt ambassador, shaping the brand’s presence in Finland.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in the Finnish market.
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Track record of closing deals with C‑level executives.
• Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.
