Restaurant Manager – New Restaurant Hook, Oulu

About the role

Ravintola Hook is a new, energetic restaurant opening in Oulu in February 2027, known for its burgers, ribs and wide sports menu. Porkkana ja Keppi Oy is looking for a restaurant manager for a permanent full-time position to help build the restaurant's operations and team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Run the restaurant's daily operations
• Supervise staff, plan shifts and train new employees
• Develop customer service and ensure quality
• Monitor sales and profitability and achieve targets
• Manage stock and coordinate orders
• Develop the restaurant's operations together with the wider organisation

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Results-driven, solution-oriented approach
• Able to lead and motivate staff
• Understanding of restaurant business metrics and profitability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluent Finnish and English
• Food hygiene pass and alcohol licence
