Product Owner, Everyday AI

About the role

KONE Technology and Innovation is looking for a Product Owner to lead the Everyday AI product, helping employees improve their productivity with approved AI tools and empower them to create their own AI solutions. You will shape the vision, roadmap and backlog, turning employee needs into product requirements, adoption strategies and enablement priorities. The role is based in Espoo, Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Everyday AI vision, roadmap and backlog, explore employee needs and workflows and test where AI can deliver meaningful improvements.
• Enable colleagues to use AI effectively and create, share and scale AI solutions using KONE-approved tools.
• Lead agile delivery with product designers, developers and platform teams.
• Support the development of playbooks, processes and ways of working for approved AI tools, with clear, secure governance.
• Drive adoption through learning, community building and peer support.
• Measure business value, adoption and cost.
• Make security, governance and responsible AI part of every product decision.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in product ownership applying agile ways of working, preferably in a global organization.
• User-centric, curious mindset and a passion for making technology useful for people.
• Able to bridge business and IT, translate employee needs into clear product priorities and explain how decisions improve outcomes for users and the business.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent Builder and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio).
• Practical examples of how these tools have been used to improve everyday work and enable others to do the same.
