Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Holvi is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own a product stream across the Finnish small‑business and banking landscape. You will drive positioning, launch and adoption of invoicing, expenses, receipts and accounting solutions, working closely with partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, launch and adoption for a product stream and brief the marketing team.
• Coordinate product launches to ensure the right messages reach the right channels at the right time.
• Collaborate with the CRM lead to turn launches into lifecycle flows that drive usage.
• Monitor adoption, usage and revenue metrics and surface insights and opportunities.
• Translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions and Finnish‑language marketing materials.
• Localise in‑product and UX copy from English to Finnish.
• Enable sales with clear messaging, tools and content.
• Work with distribution and reseller partners to accelerate sales and ensure correct product representation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product marketing or a similar field.
• Experience owning a product or product area end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced growth or startup environment.
• Background in fintech, banking or financial services, preferably B2B for SMEs.
• Fluent in Finnish (writing and editing) and English.
• Strong collaborator with solid project‑management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset and comfortable using AI tools.
