Principal – Wholesale Roaming Billing, Settlement & Standards

About the role

Skylo is looking for a senior specialist to own the settlement architecture, wholesale pricing constructs, clearing strategy, and standards work for NTN roaming at scale. You will act as the subject‑matter expert turning complex standards and numbering dependencies into clean operating models, collaborating with a global team across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain accurate CDR, mediation, TAP/RAP/BCE, and reconciliation flows across all TADIG × PLMN × DCH/FCH combinations.
• Define routing and control logic to prevent data leakage or duplication and ensure correct clearing partner settlement.
• Manage daily reconciliation, dispute handling, root‑cause analysis and executive reporting.
• Build NTN wholesale pricing mechanisms, mapping activation, usage and tiering constructs to billing methods.
• Handle technical execution for DCH/FCH partners, clearing setups, NRTRDE controls and service performance.
• Represent Skylo in GSMA working groups (WSOLU, IDSBCE, BCE, NRG NTN) and partner with Finance, Product, BSS, Network, Legal and Sales.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in wholesale roaming billing, settlement, clearing or revenue assurance.
• Advanced knowledge of TAP3, RAP, BCE, CDR/mediation flows and dispute management.
• Deep understanding of PLMN, TADIG, IMSI numbering and their impact on routing and settlement.
• Proven ability to develop wholesale pricing models and translate them into operational billing controls.
• Credibility representing an operator or technology provider in GSMA or similar standards forums.
