Principal Product Manager – LiveOps & Monetization (Clash Royale)

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Clash Royale team, driving player engagement and business growth through Live Operations and monetization initiatives. You will own multiple areas of the game, shaping player experiences for millions of daily users.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of live‑operations and/or monetization elements, defining roadmap and action plans that align with the broader strategy.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimise player experience and business impact.
• Define and track goals for major initiatives, reporting on engagement and monetisation performance from high‑level KPIs to deep‑dive analyses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional pod members, incorporating game data, competitive research and player feedback into feature design.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience in free‑to‑play mobile games.
• Strong understanding of engagement drivers and monetisation design in live‑service games.
• Data‑driven decision making with excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Hands‑on, impact‑focused attitude with willingness to take calculated risks and share learnings.

Required skills

• Experience designing and analysing A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Ability to work with game data, competitive research and player feedback to inform product decisions.
