Marketing Lead for Nordics

About the role

Futurice is seeking a Marketing Lead for the Nordics to strengthen its market position, relevance, and visibility across Sweden and potentially new markets. Based in Helsinki, the role operates in a hybrid model, collaborating closely with business leaders, sales, experts, partners, and global marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and own the Nordic marketing strategy, annual priorities, program portfolio, and budget together with the other Nordics Marketing Lead.
• Drive market positioning, PR, thought leadership, and content creation in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
• Develop and execute the Sweden marketing roadmap and explore new Nordic market opportunities.
• Manage partnerships, industry platforms, and external visibility opportunities.
• Define website content, localization, and market requirements in coordination with the global digital marketing team.

Required profile

• Several years of senior B2B marketing or communications experience.
• Proven ability to connect market insight with business priorities and practical marketing activities.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach and strong ownership.
• Confidence collaborating with business leaders, sales, agencies, and other marketing professionals.
• Fluent English and Finnish; Swedish and experience in international or new‑market marketing are a plus.

• Fixed salary with performance‑based bonuses; gross monthly base salary €4,792–€5,267.
