Licensing Specialist – Patent Licensing

About the role

Join Nokia's patent licensing team as a Licensing Specialist, supporting the management and negotiation of Nokia's global patent portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support Nokia's patent licensing programs and participate in license negotiations.
• Assist the organization in achieving business goals and shaping future licensing strategies.
• Learn to manage and lead patent license negotiations from start to finish.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Exposure to patent licensing and intellectual property rights.
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation abilities.
• Project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Creative problem‑solving and analytical skills, including financial analysis.
• Willingness to travel and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
