Key Account Manager

About the role

Truesec is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Key Account Manager to accelerate growth in the Finnish market. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning cybersecurity services with customers' business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and drive new business acquisitions across the Finnish enterprise market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major enterprise clients, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for Truesec’s cybersecurity products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends, preparing regular reviews for clients and management.
• Handle client issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the cybersecurity industry, preferably as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven track record of building long‑term, trusted partnerships and creating value for customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Business‑level fluency in both Finnish and English.
• Eligibility to work in Finland (Finnish citizenship, EU citizenship, or a Finnish work permit).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
