Key Account Manager – Helsinki

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Helsinki. You will manage and grow key client accounts within our Healthy Nutrition function, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth while supporting our regional strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Provide regular reports on account performance and client feedback.
• Maintain internal systems to ensure seamless operations in planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably within FMCG.
• Solid understanding of the Finnish market.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Finnish at a business level.
• Strong eye for details and numbers, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
