Key Account Manager – Finland

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join Ticketmaster Finland’s sales team in Helsinki. In this role you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new event organisers and venues to closing complex contracts, driving new revenue and market expansion across Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline through proactive prospecting and cold outreach.
• Generate new business by networking, referrals, industry events and outbound sales activities.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, including solution selling and negotiation.
• Consistently exceed monthly and annual new‑business targets and report accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
• Develop strategic account plans, create commercial proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to executive decision‑makers.
• Represent Ticketmaster at industry conferences, showcases and networking events.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of documented sales experience with proven results.
• Competitive mindset with a genuine desire to win and a results‑obsessed attitude.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, resilient in overcoming objections and persistent in building relationships from scratch.
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English, with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
• Self‑driven, able to work autonomously while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
