Investment Intern

About the role

We are looking for two Investment Interns to join Supercell’s five‑person Investments Team in Helsinki. You will support the evaluation of new investment opportunities, market research and strategic corporate development projects for our gaming portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on the gaming market and analyse trends.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities and analyse existing direct investments and VC fund portfolio.
• Participate in strategic corporate development projects across the company.
• Work with investee companies, supporting their day‑to‑day requests and finding creative ways to help them succeed.
• Play and evaluate games from current investees and potential new investments.
• Support the team on ad‑hoc projects to grow the network and improve services for the investee community.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for games and strong interest in venture investing.
• Enrolled in a relevant university degree with at least 120 ECTS (e.g., Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business or Engineering).
• Analytical and strategic mindset, comfortable working with financial and market data.
• Familiarity with basics of venture investing and ability to use analytical and presentation tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: previous experience in gaming, venture capital, private equity, consulting or investment banking.
