Integrated Customer Experience Manager - Finland

About the role

Maersk is looking for an Integrated Customer Experience Manager in Finland. The role combines leadership of a Customer Experience team with a customer-facing mandate: coaching and developing leaders so they can meet customer needs and deliver excellent service, while building relationships with high-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience as a foundation for business growth through an efficient, highly skilled team.
• Manage, supervise and lead all aspects of the Customer Experience team's activities, driving implementation of commercial and operational strategies.
• Organise, coach, challenge and develop team members, with proactive daily support.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, including regular service calls and business reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement, monitor team performance against targets and take corrective action.
• Act as escalation point for unresolved matters and represent the customer's voice throughout the organisation while protecting the company's interests.
• Lead resolution of end-to-end process issues and build a pipeline of leaders and subject-matter specialists through talent, career and development conversations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Strategic planning and goal setting for the department and the position.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Nice to have: excellent understanding of logistics processes, procedures and practices.

Required skills

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (minimum).
• Customer experience management and team leadership.
