Finnish‑Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

SmartPulse is seeking an energetic, self‑driven Sales Development Representative who speaks Finnish to generate qualified sales opportunities across Finland. You will work independently, contacting business owners and decision‑makers to introduce our AI‑powered call‑back technology and book meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers throughout Finland, focusing on business owners and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels, and respond to inbound interest.
• Introduce SmartPulse, qualify prospects’ needs, and schedule qualified sales meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in the CRM and consistently follow up.
• Share customer feedback, objections and market insights with the team and work toward monthly qualified‑opportunity targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Finnish with good English communication skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision‑makers; energetic, persistent and self‑motivated.
• Organized, able to work independently and meet measurable targets.
• Previous experience in SDR, B2B sales, appointment‑setting or business development is an advantage.
