Finance Business Partner

About the role

Premix is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the CFO Office. You will work closely with business leaders, turning financial insight into actionable decisions that support the company’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly and annual closing processes, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and net working capital.
• Act as a trusted finance partner for business stakeholders, delivering analyses that support strategic and operational decisions on sales, production costs, margins and profitability.
• Lead rolling forecasting and budgeting, ensuring alignment with group strategy and business priorities.
• Own cash‑flow forecasting and improve visibility into working‑capital needs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI and NetSuite reporting, championing data quality, automation and analytics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance/business partnering, controlling, FP&A or audit, preferably in an international or multi‑entity environment.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Required skills

• Power BI (report building and data‑flow understanding).
• NetSuite reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of Finnish statutory accounting (FAS) and taxation (a plus).
• Experience with AI‑enabled analytics tools.
