Digital and Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital and Content Marketing Specialist to lead our global digital presence and support our distributor network. Based in Espoo, you will join a collaborative marketing team and report to the Head of Marketing, working across sales, product management and external partners in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital content strategy and manage the serres.com website.
• Plan, execute and optimise integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, digital advertising and marketing automation.
• Create SEO‑friendly content for the website, LinkedIn, campaigns and other marketing materials.
• Support distributors with digital marketing best practices, co‑marketing initiatives and product launch materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs and use A/B testing to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of international digital marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Experience in B2B and channel/distributor marketing.
• Strong project‑management abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; German or French is a plus.

Required skills

• Content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprout Social, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
• SEO best practices and SEO tools.
• Email marketing/marketing automation platforms such as ClickDimensions.
• Creative tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva.
