About the role
Join atNorth as a Community & Education Partner in Finland, leading community engagement and building strategic education partnerships to develop future talent for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of atNorth's Community Engagement strategy across Finland.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, community organisations, educational institutions and industry stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver community engagement initiatives, sponsorships, partnerships and investment programmes.
- Represent atNorth in local forums, events, site visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Finnish educational institutions and coordinate outreach such as student visits, guest lectures and career fairs.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and Operations to support internships, apprenticeships and talent programmes.
- Track engagement activities, measure outcomes and share best practices across the Nordic network.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Business, Public Affairs, Political Science, Sociology or related field.
- 3‑5 years experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, education partnerships or similar relationship‑focused role.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, project coordination and organisational abilities.
- Strategic mindset with capacity to turn ideas into practical initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional international teams.
- Occasional travel within Finland and the Nordics; driving licence advantageous.
- Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.
