Client Executive – Finland

About the role

Walley, part of Norion Bank Group, is looking for a Client Executive in Finland to build and develop new partnerships with medium-sized to large e-commerce and retail companies. The role owns the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and account planning to discovery, stakeholder management, negotiations and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage target merchants and build a pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic account planning.
• Lead discovery, manage stakeholders and run commercial negotiations to close new business.
• Use a challenger sales approach to challenge assumptions and help customers find new opportunities to grow through payments.

Required profile

• Solid experience in complex B2B sales, with at least three years in payments, fintech or a related industry.
• Proven track record of generating new business through outbound sales and building your own pipeline.
• Comfortable opening doors, engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships from scratch.
• Excellent communicator able to challenge customers' thinking and lead strategic discussions.
• An established network in retail and e-commerce is a strong advantage.
