About the role

As a Client Advisor you will represent the Louis Vuitton brand, delivering the promise of exceptional service to every client. You will actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and guide them across the full range of products, while working toward individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Welcome every client and provide an outstanding client experience.
• Advise clients across all product categories.
• Develop long‑term relationships using clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in store activities that support overall goals.
• Continuously learn and master brand and product knowledge.
• Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavior standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
