Business Development Manager - Software

About the role

TD SYNNEX Finland Oy is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its software portfolio across the Baltic markets. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening partner relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the software business strategy for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with resellers, service providers and end‑customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sales and uncover new business prospects.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, partner events and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and teamwork skills in a technical‑sales context.
• Analytical, goal‑oriented and capable of working under pressure.
• Fluent in Finnish and English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer and partner engagements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Veeam solutions or comparable backup and recovery software.
