Nordic Cluster Compute & High Velocity Sales Director

About the role

The Compute Director, Nordic Cluster, leads compute pricing, commercial execution, partner engagement and team enablement across Denmark, Norway and Finland. The role works in a matrixed environment, connecting country sales teams with global pricing organisations to deliver timely, competitive and profitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compute pricing strategy, deal structuring, approvals and escalations across the Nordic Cluster.
• Coordinate with country sales, NGQ, DealDesk, NWE and worldwide pricing teams to meet sales timelines and improve quote‑cycle times.
• Apply pricing priorities, competitive insights and value propositions, including AMD vs Intel considerations, to maximise win rates and profitability.
• Integrate Medallion, NBO, BDE, PFR and rebate structures into pricing and partner strategies.
• Translate Nordic Cluster “Big Bets” into actionable plans aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Lead and enable a distributed compute organisation of direct and indirect stakeholders.
• Support DSR forecasting, pipeline management and commercial performance tracking.

Required profile

• Experience in compute pricing, deal structuring, commercial sales or a related role.
• Working knowledge of NGQ, DealDesk and worldwide pricing processes.
• Understanding of P&L impact, partner economics, rebates and related commercial programmes.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across countries, regional teams and global stakeholders.
• Strong prioritisation, negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
