Business Development Manager - Hybrid Cloud & Datacenter

About the role

TD SYNNEX Finland is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of Hybrid Cloud and Datacenter solutions. You will develop the business, build long‑term customer and partner relationships, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Hybrid Cloud‑Datacenter solution portfolio in the Finnish market.
• Establish and nurture relationships with resellers, service providers and end‑customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts and close deals.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Technical understanding of Hybrid Cloud environments and ability to work in a fast‑changing setting.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and capable of handling a hectic workload.

Required skills

• Experience with Dell Hybrid Cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of Nutanix hypervisor technology.
• Familiarity with Broadcom hypervisor platforms.
