Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth for our Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) business across a named territory in EMEA. This quota‑carrying, full‑cycle sales role requires you to build your own pipeline, work closely with BDRs, SEs and marketing, and close deals with Salesforce‑heavy enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.
• Generate and qualify pipeline through outbound activities, BDR partnership and marketing‑sourced leads.
• Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close, applying the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
• Engage security and platform decision‑makers such as CISOs, IT Directors and Salesforce platform owners.
• Develop account strategies in collaboration with BDR, SE and marketing teams.
• Represent CPSF at Salesforce ecosystem events like Dreamforce and regional industry conferences.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data hygiene and provide weekly forecasts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying B2B SaaS sales or Account Executive experience; background in cybersecurity or the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ARR and new‑business targets.
• Full‑cycle selling experience – you generate and close your own pipeline.
• Fluent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Disciplined CRM and forecasting habits; Salesforce experience preferred.
