Full Stack Developer

About the role

Reaktor is looking for a full‑stack developer who can own the entire software development lifecycle, from front‑end implementation to production deployment. You will work closely with client tech and business teams in a low‑hierarchy, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client technical and business teams to select appropriate technologies.
• Implement new features across front‑end applications, back‑end services, databases, and infrastructure.
• Provide world‑class technical expertise to clients and internal teams.
• Perform debugging, design, and architectural tasks as part of the development process.

Required profile

• Broad experience across backend, frontend, ops, and consulting, typically accumulated over several years.
• Proficiency with at least one server‑side language (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Java, Scala, Kotlin, Clojure, Python).
• Strong knowledge of a client‑side language and framework (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Swift, React‑Native).
• Ability to build backend services, CI/CD pipelines, and apply DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Finnish is a plus.
