Bilingual Marketing Consultant – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Consultant to train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models in both Finnish and English. You will measure progress, assess logic, and create novel conversation scripts to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chat‑bots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI‑generated content.
• Measure chatbot progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop original conversation scenarios in Finnish and English.
• Collaborate on problem‑solving to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Finnish.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• Based in Finland and able to work independently as a contractor.
