B2B Manager – Finland

About the role

JYSK is expanding its Business‑to‑Business segment across Finland and seeks a commercially driven leader to shape the future of B2B sales. Based at the Vantaa head office, you will lead a dedicated team, strengthen market position and create value for a diverse portfolio of professional customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Finnish B2B sales team.
• Drive sales growth and achieve ambitious multi‑million‑euro targets.
• Design and execute local B2B sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and public organisations.
• Identify new business opportunities and assess market potential.
• Collaborate closely with JYSK’s international B2B organisation.
