Strategy Consultant (Ex-MBB) for AI Training – Remote

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help design and evaluate AI training environments. In this remote, project‑based position you will translate real consulting engagements into structured scenarios that teach large language models high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the scenarios are compatible with the training pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; training on the lightweight tools used for scenario creation will be provided.
