Kuljetus- ja Matkatavara-avustaja / Guest Services Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Northern Lights Village in Saariselkä. In this seasonal position you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them with luggage, transportation and any questions they may have during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about resort activities.
• Drive guests around the resort and transport them to activity start points.
• Handle and transport luggage and distribute winter gear.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Safari House and common areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest services or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and ability to drive in winter conditions.
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
