About the role

As Santa’s Elf, you will create magical holiday moments for guests, ensuring every visitor leaves with a happy heart and cherished memories. We are looking for joyful, outgoing individuals who love storytelling, performing and spreading Christmas cheer in a snowy resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, entertain and interact with guests throughout the resort.
• Assist guests with inquiries, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Deliver engaging performances using improvisation, acting and storytelling.
• Maintain guest safety at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Support other team members with additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment or tourism.
• Strong improvisation, acting and storytelling abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for the Christmas season and willingness to work outdoors in winter conditions, including weekends and holidays.
