About the role

We are looking for experienced Construction Phase Managers to oversee daily production control and successful execution of work phases on construction sites in the Turku region. You will work closely with the site manager and the broader site team to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor construction phases.
• Direct subcontractors and manage daily collaboration.
• Ensure schedules, quality standards and occupational safety are met.
• Coordinate material deliveries and resource allocation.
• Track progress, prepare reports and communicate updates.

Required profile

• Technical construction education (e.g., construction master, civil engineer, or equivalent).
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience on commercial or renovation projects.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to high quality and safety standards.
