About the role

Jula is opening its first department store in Finland in Rovaniemi in late 2026. The company seeks a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth flow of daily store activities.
• Guide and support sales staff in practical tasks.
• Handle customer service, sales, cash register duties and shelf stocking.
• Develop and implement in‑store campaigns and product displays.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across Jula’s extensive range.
• Assist in shift planning and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Positive, approachable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to lead by example and manage large tasks while attending to details.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or a team‑leader role.
• Retail‑related education or product knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish language skills are advantageous.
