Territory Manager Neurovascular

About the role

The Neurovascular business develops minimally invasive technologies for stroke and complex neurovascular conditions. This field‑based commercial role supports customers across Finland and selected accounts in Northern Sweden, requiring regular travel and hands‑on clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with interventional neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons, stroke physicians, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leadership.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, product evaluations, and customer training activities.
• Deliver product education, demonstrations, and in‑service training to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Medical Education, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with medical device sales, clinical support, or healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting customers in a clinical healthcare environment or medical device industry.
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout Finland and Northern Sweden.
