About the role

Join the Iittala outlet in Lappeenranta as a temporary sales associate. You will help customers discover iconic Finnish design products while contributing to a pleasant and well‑presented store environment. The role is part‑time, with an average of 10 hours per week, and runs from September 2026 to January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Iittala’s product range and guide customers to the items that best suit their needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor tidy and aligned with the brand concept.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the store meets opening‑hour requirements, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide friendly, efficient service in both Finnish and English.
• Support the store’s sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about sales and eager to achieve results together with the team.
• Cheerful, energetic customer‑service attitude that creates smiles.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving, changing environment.
• Proactive, responsible approach to tasks.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• At least 18 years old.
