Supply Chain Manager – Lead Manufacturing, Procurement & Logistics

About the role

Allaway Group is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop its supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and logistics operations across Finland and Sweden. This newly created role will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, inventory management, delivery performance and the future operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing, procurement and logistics operations.
• Develop delivery processes for project deliveries and lifecycle services.
• Optimize inventory management, working capital and SKU rationalisation.
• Define supply chain strategy, forecasting processes and annual operational plans.
• Consolidate and develop the supplier network.
• Support ERP transformation and drive process development.
• Build capabilities and competence of the supply chain organisation.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and operational cost management.
• Participate in business development as a member of the Group Management Team.

Required profile

• Relevant degree.
• Several years of experience leading supply chain, manufacturing, procurement or logistics functions.
• Experience in manufacturing industries and international business environments.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, supply chain KPIs and working capital optimisation.
• Experience with ERP systems and business process development.
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
