Supplier Data Analyst

About the role

NCC is looking for a Supplier Data Analyst to join its Supplier Intelligence team in the Purchasing function. The role turns supplier information into actionable insights, helping NCC improve competitiveness, manage risks proactively and create long-term customer value. The position is full-time and can be based in one of NCC's main offices in Sweden, the Oslo office in Norway or the Helsinki office in Finland, with regular travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Act as main contact for projects on supplier deviations identified at company level, visualising supplier relations and performance to support decision-making in business areas
• Create reports on assigned supplier deviations by business area and work proactively with risk management throughout the purchasing process
• Screen, monitor and quality-check supplier performance through data analysis, manage the supplier base in designated tools and act as operative contact for deviation projects
• Support Supplier Quality and Risk Management with data analysis of supplier performance, and help build capabilities, systems, tools and guidelines for supplier management
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, legal and tender departments on risk mitigation, and coordinate with internal and external auditors

Required profile

• Academic degree or equivalent work-life experience
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
• Passion for teaching and empowering others in data literacy and analytics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
• Ability to prioritise, take responsibility and lead assignments
• Business acumen, understanding of legislation compliance (tax, labour, construction legislation) and contracts
• Understanding of sustainability as part of purchasing

Required skills

• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools
• Ability to navigate complex IT environments and adapt to new platforms
