Strategic Project Manager

About the role

Instabee is scaling its last‑mile delivery business in Finland and is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to shape the country’s growth strategy. You will translate market insights into actionable plans, lead cross‑functional initiatives and work closely with senior leadership to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess market opportunities and define the roadmap for Instabee Finland’s expansion.
• Own and deliver complex, cross‑functional projects that improve operational scale and business performance.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager and senior team to set targets, monitor key metrics and adjust strategies.
• Use data and analytics to track performance, identify bottlenecks and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Remove obstacles and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to long‑term planning and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking or business development; start‑up or scale‑up background is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, comfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership.
• Data‑driven decision maker who leverages analytics to drive impact.
• Excellent communicator able to turn complex ideas into clear action plans.
• Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or related field.
• Fluent English; Finnish is a bonus.
