About the role

The Store Manager leads the Calvin Klein outlet in Helsinki, acting as the primary face of the brand for customers and the team. This role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience while meeting commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales, wage and expense budgets.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales per hour, units per transaction, conversion rate and shrinkage.
• Control labor costs, manage inventory, and ensure profitability through regular store audits and mystery shop results.
• Identify business opportunities, drive sales initiatives and adapt to evolving retail trends.
• Lead, coach and motivate a multidisciplinary team to uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation and compliance with company policies.
