Spare Parts Sales Specialist

About the role

GEA Finland is looking for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist in Helsinki to support customers from inquiries and orders through to after-sales support. The team has about 12 colleagues, works in a close-knit group with flexible hours, and the position is expected to run around 25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders and after-sales support, coordinating across stakeholders and keeping customers informed.
• Process incoming inquiries and orders and issue order confirmations.
• Support customers on technical questions together with factory experts.
• Manage warranty claims and customer complaint resolution.
• Coordinate service activities and arrange field service visits.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics and report regularly to management.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, preferably in a technical environment.
• Full Finnish and English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Technical knowledge, preferably in hygienic valves and pumps.
